Scheduling and Fees

Starting April 5th, 2022 my new Sellwood office location will be: 6124 SE Milwaukie Ave Suite 205 Portland, OR 97202

My current rate is $195 for a 55 minute session.

I do not accept insurance at this time but if you have out of network coverage I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance provider for personal reimbursement.

**A note about billing for couples counseling:

Couples counseling is not covered by insurance.  Family or couples work with one identified client and another person present who is considered the collateral is covered.  What this means is that if you want to bill insurance for relational work, one partner must be identified as the client with whom I will have a professional relationship and they will have a diagnosis and sole access to their records.  The collateral partner; not the identified client; will be an active an engaged part of the treatment but because they are not my client, will be considered more of an adjunct to provide information and support. If you would like more balanced couples counseling with both partners having a professional relationship and access to all rights and responsibilities outlined in the Informed Consent document, you will need to pay for this service out of pocket.
